We have provided facilities for people with disabilities throughout the Centre.

For those with autism & dementia or those who like to shop in a quieter setting, you might like to visit Wroclavia at the times below when all centre music will be turned off. “Quite Hours” take place every Monday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. During this time, where possible, music is muted and lights are dimmed.

This service provides an instant video connection with a sign language interpreter.

You can hire an umbrella at our Reception desk.

For your convenience, the reception staff at the center can assist you in booking a taxi.

The Management Office of Wroclavia Shopping Center is located on the 1st floor (entrance via the corridor between the H&M Home and Smyk stores).

For your convenience, each family room has a microwave, where you can conveniently heat bottles. There is also a microwave in the Grand Kitchen area on level 2.

For families with children, safety wristbands are available at the Reception Desk. These wristbands can be worn by children and include space to write contact information for a parent or guardian.

For your convenience, there are shoe-cleaning machines in the Centre, located next to the toilets.
